One of the amazing parts of this community is meeting new people and asking people about their story. So often people don’t get asked about their story and don’t get a chance to share it with someone that is genuinely interested. We were invited to Pearson College to a dinner meeting with some amazing people and as we met new people our main goal was to learn their story.

That meant that we mostly asked people about themselves. This never gets old for me because the reaction of most people is interesting. When you drive a conversation to actually get to know someone it changes the dynamics drastically.

We constantly hear how refreshing it is to have a conversation with someone who actually genuinely cares about, and is interested in, their story. This is what the Vic42 community is all about. Valuing people by celebrating their story to inspire others to value inspire and celebrate people.
