Known for far more than painting Zombies, Kristin Granttransforms everyday people into incredible works of living art.

It started in 2010 when her father gave her an airbrush to paint auto bodies; she made quick use of the new tool by completely making-over herself and a friend for Victoria’s popular festival, Zombie Walk. Two years later, she is in demand from local dance companies, DJ’s, music producers and music videos (one of which hit 100,000 views on YouTube).

From a basic idea, on the commissioned subject, Kristin layers the details naturally as she goes. Often she is found at the Sunset Roompainting to energetic music where the public can watch or ultimately get involved. Walking her talk, Kristin leads further efforts to encourage people to share their art, their talents and their natural expression to help make a difference in the world.

Kristin was involved with several artists in the successful undertaking of Stand Together: Art for the love of BC fundraiser.
